These terms apply to the HumanWriting skill and this website. By using either, you agree to these terms and to the terms that govern your use of ChatGPT, including the OpenAI Terms of Use.

What HumanWriting provides

HumanWriting is a general-purpose writing aid. It can draft or revise prose for clarity, specificity, structure, and tone. It does not guarantee accuracy, originality, authorship, acceptance by a third party, or any result from AI-detection software.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every output before using or publishing it. Verify facts, quotations, citations, names, dates, commitments, and permissions. Do not use HumanWriting to impersonate someone, misrepresent authorship where disclosure is required, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, or other unlawful conduct.

HumanWriting is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when the situation calls for one.

Your content

As between you and the publisher, you keep your rights in the material you provide and the drafts you create, subject to any rights or obligations that apply under OpenAI's terms and applicable law. You must have the right to submit the material you ask HumanWriting to process.

Attribution

HumanWriting's editorial guidance adapts ideas from Wikipedia's “Signs of AI writing” page. Wikipedia text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license. The guidance has been modified and expanded for a general writing workflow.

No warranties

HumanWriting and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Availability may change, and outputs may contain errors or unsuitable language.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahul Trivedi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of HumanWriting or this website.
